Verified Documents

Due to  our current Lockdown, the universities have decided to forgo the requirement for verified documents not already verified.

However, please use verified copies if you already have them.

If you do not have verified copies, there is a declaration format which you must complete to accompany unverified results and/or identity documents.

This must be clearly legible and can be scanned and emailed, or mailed, along with copies of your documents.

The requirement is below.


All enrolling students must provide a self-declaration in the following format:

I certify that every document I have attached is a true copy of the original document.

EducationUSA has teamed up with Common App to help students navigate the application process. Join in to hear from Meredith Lombardi, Associate Director, Outreach and Education at Common App. Meredith will provide insight into the Common App system. Learn the ins and outs of the platform to make applying to U.S. university seamless and stress free. Information covered will include: Searching universities using Common App, Navigating the system, Applying to multiple universities, Uploading required documents, and Working with your Careers Advisor.

Arts & Design – Creating the hybrid
It’s time to stretch your imagination and vision! Your brief is to blend/hybridise two or more differing ‘images’ to compose a new creation of your choice.
9am – 12pm

Do you love travelling, exploring and adventure? Are you passionate about New Zealand’s stunning and unique attractions? Here’s your chance to find out about the tourism and travel industry and the skills you need to be a part of it.
9am – 11am

Beauty – DIY Lip Balm
In this taster workshop you will create a lip balm to take home and learn about the curative properties of the ingredients.
9am – 11am

Primary Industries – Enviro-Management
Biodiversity matters! Did you know that 4000 native plants, birds and mammals are at risk of becoming extinct? Find out how you can be part of the solution at our hands-on environmental management workshop.
9am – 12pm

Architectural Technology
In this workshop we will look at the role of the Architectural technologist in the building industry and we will use the tools and techniques of that they use, such as manual drawings and CAD.

Health – Simple make up & skin care
Come along and learn some simple make up techniques, and how to look after your skin.

Te Ūranga Waka – Lights! Camera! Action
Become a Te Karere Reporter for the day! You can draft your own script and then present in the big lights!

Vet Nursing
Meet or beautiful animals in our new animal facility, get up close, find out how to look after them and learn some basics about working in the animal industry.

Come along and test your speed and power, and try to replicate and/or improve results with a different test. Please wear/bring gear that you can run, jump and cycle in.
